| 摘 要： | 文化昆明建设的内涵包括以下几个方面：1．塑造昆明精神；2．开展文化理论创新；3．实施文化名人工程，培养文化高级人才；4．打造文化品牌；5．构建具有历史文化名城优势和地方特色的文化产业体系。城市文化是新昆明建设的灵魂和核心，在“文化昆明”建设中还应注重研究昆明城市文化主题性问题；协调三次产业发展，着力提高文化产业在昆明经济中的分额。

| Abstract: | The connotation construction of cultural Kunming includes as follows ： 1. Build Kunming spirit. 2. Develop cultural theory innovation. 3. Carry out the project of cultural famous people to foster cultural high-rank useful people. 4. Develop cultural famous brand. 5. To form cultural enterprise system with advantage of historical cultural famous city and regional features. City culture is the soul of construction of new Kunming. The question of city key culture should be emphasized in construction ＂cultural Kunming＂ to harmony the development of the third enterprises and to increase the percentage of cultural enterprise in the economy of Kunming. |
