| 摘 要： | 网络教学是开放教育发展的必然趋势，网络教学是一种基于因特网的崭新教学模式。字教材和网络课件是学生学产的主要资源，网上作业系统和考试系统是学习效果评价的主要工具，电子邮件，BBS，双向视频是教学辅导的主要手段。网络教学对电大教师传统模式提出了挑战。费时费力的作业批改，命题，评卷工作应利用现代技术来完成，教师的主要工作应放在教学科研，课程设计和资源建设上来，专职教师需要摆脱繁重的事务性工作和技术开发工作，尽快实现从管理型向教学科研型的转变。

| Abstract: | Network teaching is an inevitable tendency of open education. It's a new teaching pattern based on the internet. The literal teaching materials and network coursewares are students' main resources; the assignments and test systems on the internet are the main tools used to value the study effects;e- mail,BBS and two - side video frequency are the main means of instruction. It's clear that network teaching gives the challenge to the traditional teaching pattern of RTVUs. The time - consuming assignments checking and papers designing and checking should be finished by using modern technology. The teacher's main task should be scientific teaching research,course design and resource building. Full- time teachers need to get rid of heavy routine work and realize the transformation from managers to researchers as soon as possible. |
