摘    要:通过对西安湿陷性黄土场地上某住宅楼的倾斜事故进行静压桩换技术处理,通过对黄土场地既有建筑物的地基承载力特征值和静压桩进行了计算分析,结合现场实测数据,研究了西安地区黄土的力学性质指标变化规律;同时分析了西安地区湿陷性黄土场地上静压桩的桩侧摩阻力分布规律,给出了可供西安地区相近工程地质条件下参考应用的静压桩承载能力的确定方法。

Abstract:This article through to Xi’an collapsible loess site on a Residential Building Inclination Accident of static pressure pile for technology processing,Based on the existing buildings in loess area the characteristic value of subgrade bearing capacity and pile is analyzed,combining with the field measured data,Study on the mechanical properties of loess in Xi’an variation;Simultaneous analysis of Xi’an area of collapsible loess site static pressure piles of pile side resistance distribution characteristics,A method which can be referenced to decide static pressure pile’s bearing capacity under similar engineering geological conditions in Xian was given.
