摘    要:职前教育是幼儿教师专业发展的起始阶段,其教育质量影响到幼儿教师队伍的整体水平。当前,幼儿教师职前教育中存在偏重教育理论知识传递、忽视专业实践能力培养的问题。随着教师专业化进程的推进,重视实践教学、加强高校与幼儿园的深度合作已成为幼儿教师职前教育改革的重心。“U-K”专业实践共同体是高校与幼儿园基于合作共赢目的建设的、有助于高校学前教育专业人才培养和幼儿园教师专业成长的新型组织。它使幼儿教师的职前培养与在职发展融为一体,使幼儿园成为教师职前教育的重要力量,为幼儿教师职前教育改革提供了极好平台。

Abstract:Pre- service education is the initial stage of professional development for preschool teachers, the quality of which affects the whole level of preschool teachers. At present, it puts emphasis on knowledge transfer of the education theory but neglects the cultivation of professional practice capacity. With the progress of teacher specialization, focus on practice teaching and strengthening of the depth of cooperation between colleges and kindergartens. U - K professional communities of practice are a new mechanism established by colleges and kindergartens based on cooperation and win - win objectives, helping professional personnel training and development of preschool teachers. It makes pre - service training and on - the - job training integrated, making the kindergarten become an important force in pre - service educa- tion and providing an excellent platform for education reform of preschool teachers.
