| 摘 要： | 高职生就业态度的消极和暧昧从一个侧面折射出其责任意识的淡溥和缺失。本文从家庭教育的缺失、学校教育的偏颇和社会环境的影响三方面分析了高职生责任意识缺乏的成因,并有针对性地提出培养高职生责任意识的对策建议：学校要开展知恩感恩教育,改进思想政治课的教学内容,加强大学生社会实践教育,并与家庭和社会一起形成教育的合力,共同培养高职生的责任意识。

| Abstract: | Vocational college students＇ negative and ambiguous attitudes toward employment reflect the weak sense and lack of responsibility from one aspect. This paper analyzes the causes in loss of family education, unfairness of the school education and the influence of the social environment, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. school should carry out gratitude education, improve teaching contents of the ideological and political course, strengthen the students＇ social practice education, form the resultant force of education together with the family and the society to- gether and promote the students＇ sense of responsibility. |
