优秀中学英语教师专业成长的叙事研究

摘    要:影响英语教师的专业素质有知识储备、教学技能、管理能力和情感态度四个方面的因素。通过具体的教育叙事案例,指出英语教师要达到专业成长,就需要通过自主学习、向同行学习、校本培训等,不断更新知识结构,提高教学技能,夯实管理能力,并通过反思进行优势积累。

Abstract:Four factors affect English teachers' professional qualifies, namely knowledge preparation, teaching skills, management ability and emotional attitudes. Through specific educational narrative cases, the paper points out that to achieve professional development, English teachers requires autonomous learning, peer learning, school- based training, constantly update of their knowledge structure, improvement of teaching skills, consolidating the management ability, and accumulation of advantages through reflection.
