| 摘 要： | 通过对铅球的最后用力进行生物力学分析认为:不同技术的最后用力各有利弊;最后用力技术应遵循最大做功原则和最大冲量原则;推铅球最后用力顺序是自中同时向上向下发力。

| Abstract: | By biomechanically analyzing the finally exerted throwing in shot put,it has been shown that the finally exerted throwing with different techniques has its separate advantages and disadvantages;the technique in the finally exerted throwing should follow the principles of maximal work and maximal impulse;the sequence of the exerted throwing of shot put is simultaneously giving power upwards and downwards. |
