摘    要:儒家的"理想人格"构想,是人类发展史教育史上一大进步,它明确了教育目的,为个体人格的发展指明方向.儒家理想人格模式属"圣人君子人格型态","内圣外王"是其固有特质,礼仪教化与道德战履是其实现之两途,"学"乃是儒家通往理想人格第一步.

Abstract:The Confucian concept of "Ideal Personality" is a great progress of the human history and human education history. It clarified the purpose of education and showed clearly the way of individual personality development. The mode of the Confucian ideal personality has the special features of "Sage and Gentleman Personality". The way to realize this ideal personality is through savoir-vivre, civilization and moral and ethic practice. To learn is the first step towards the Confucian ideal personality.
