| Abstract: | Stock buyback as a prevailing means of capital operation on the Chinese stock market, is being increasingly accepted by listed companies, especially at the period of slow down of world economy at present. It is used by more and more listed companies. In capital operation, opprtunity shall be taken to be familier with its operability, thus to strengthen the supervision and management of operational methods. |
