本科教学工作水平新一轮评估改革策略

摘    要:回顾首轮为期五年的本科教学工作水平评估,成效显著,但不足之处有四:评估尚未能与学校的发展结合起来,未能体现对不同类型层次学校的分类指导,未能科学评价学校实际,未能对举办者和投资者产生约束力。新一轮评估应着力实现其五层意义,改革策略有四:要强化评估的功能.要改变评估的思路,要加强评估的针对性,要扩大评估的实效性。

Abstract:The first round evaluation of undergraduate education level has acquired remarkable achievements,but there are still four problems such as evaluation without school development, lack of pertinent classification and guidance,fail to scientifically evaluate the university's reality and restraint the investor and sponsor, etc. So, the reform strategy of the new round evaluation is that it strengthens evaluation function and pertinence, changes the evaluation idea and enlarges evaluation effectiveness.
