| 摘 要： | 2003年8月27日第十届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第四次会议正式通过了《中华人民共和国行政许可法》。这是目前世界上第一部统一的行政许可法,该法对推进我国行政法治建设具有重大意义,本文仅就该法中的便民条款略做议论,以法律专业大学生的视角对该法发表一些不成熟的看法,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。

| Abstract: | The fourth session of the Standing Committee of the tenth NPC pass formally " the administration of the People's Republic of China permits the law" on August 27, 2003.
