| 摘 要： | 在山西煤炭运销集团快速发展的过程中，把物流纳入发展的轨道，架构具有中国特色的煤炭产业现代物流业，以采购、承运、销售为依托，在集团公司现有的物流资源基础上，组建包括采购物流、承运物流、销售物流三位一体的大型煤炭企业物流企业，依托企业物流优势、资源品牌优势，开拓社会物流服务业务具有重大现实意义。
