| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国宪法》、《中华人民共和国民族区域自治法》、教育部门法及相关教育法规从不同的角度对双语教育进行了规定,从而使我国民族双语教育表现出法律关系的平等性,教育权利的整体性及执行的原则性等基本特征,使民族双语教育在法律保障下运行。
