| 摘 要： | 全国教育协会是美国最大的教师专业组织,在教师专业化发展的不同历史阶段及时采取有效策略,成为推动教师专业化的重要力量。其策略具体表现在:争取教师经济条件的改善,保障教师权益、制定教师专业伦理规范、规范教学专业标准、采取多样化的教师专业发展项目等。这为我国教师专业化发展提供了一种新视角。

| Abstract: | The National Education Association,the biggest teachers' professional organization in the U.S.,plays a vital role in adopting effective strategies to advance the development of the teachers' professionalization in different stages.The strategies involve calls to improve teachers' economic conditions,protect teachers' rights and interests,formulate the ethic code of educational profession,regulate teaching standards and implement various teacher development programs.These measures provide new perspective and insight on the development of teachers' professionalization in China. |
