| Abstract: | Paying attention to the macroscopical thinking of social ecology is a strategic premise for newly-estab lished colleges and universities to work out their development plans.School running concept and target location are the guidance for drawing up development plans.The pursuit of limited excellence is a rational choice.The new evaluation scheme of the Ministry of Education is an important orientation.Besides,the cultivation of applied un dergraduate colleges and universities and applied talents is a strategic subject.All of them can help the newly-es tablished undergraduate colleges and universities to develop their development plans. |
