Abstract: | Delayed on-set muscu1ar soreness may be caused by lactate acumulation, muscle injury and ligament strain. The objects of the study were 15 third-grade pupils divided into 3 groups. They did stretching and warm-up exercises before eccentric contraction exercises. The eccentric contraction exercises induced delayed on-set muscular soreness. Theri by using the High measuring meter we inquired into whether the supplementary exercises were helpful to reducing the delayed on-set muscular soreness induced by the eccentric contraction exercises. At the same time we examined the release of enzymes such as AST, LDH and CPK in various cells of the muscIes before and after exercise in order to evaluate the state of the muscle injury caused by the exercises, and to find if the state of the injury was better because of the supplementary exercises before training. Besides, we also examlned the relation between blood lactate and the delayed on-set muscular soreness, and the effects of various supplementary exercises on the blood lactate concentration after cxercise. |
