体育锻炼对我校学生焦虑情绪的影响

摘    要:为解决高校学生心理问题及促进学生心理健康发展,本文采用由Zung于1971年编制的焦虑自评表,对本校大学生进行测评。结果显示,实验组学生的情绪焦虑情况轻于对照组的学生;对照组学生中焦虑显著的人数百分比高于实验组学生。建议本校大学生经常参加各种体育锻炼,以改善和提高其心理素质,缓解或消除焦虑情绪。

Abstract:In order to solve the mental problem and promote mental health of college students,this paper,using the self-appraisal table designed by Zung in 1971,makes evaluation on students in Guangzhou University of Fo-reign Studies. The result shows that the anxiety level of students in experiment group is lower than that of control group. It suggests that college students should participate in different sports activity for improving the mental quality and alleviating the anxiety.
