| 摘 要： | 本文对图书馆藏书剔旧工作在过程文件中的受控从工作进程的计划、实施、检查和改进四个环节进行了研究。笔者认为,过程文件对藏书剔旧整个工作环节都有积极的控制作用,其质量管理的方法也会对图书馆工作的其它环节具有借鉴意义。
