| 摘 要： | 投资项目失误率过高一直是我国各个历史时期极力解决的问题.虽然采取了诸多措施,但成效甚微.党的十六大和十六届三中全会提出了深化投资体制改革的方向、目标和主要措施,当前要以此为契机,依据市场状况,采取措施降低投资项目失误率.

| Abstract: | The high losing rate of investment project is a serious problem since the foundation of PRC. Although many measures have been taken, there are still many problems. The 16th CPC National Congress and the 3rd meeting have put forward the direction, goal and main measures of deepening investment system reform. Now we should take measures to reduce the losing rate of investment project according to market condition. |
