| 摘 要： | 树立正确的高等教育信息化理念是我国大学信息化科学发展的前提。文章溯源了信息化概念发展演变的历程,分析了我国信息化、教育信息化、高等教育信息化概念的由来及不同界定的特点。提出"信息、信息流"是信息化本质内涵,并进一步从"信息、信息流"的视角分析了我国高等教育信息化的实践发展,提出了对"高等教育信息化"内涵的新解释。
