| Abstract: | It is the fundamental way for enterprises to acquire and maintain a competitive advantage by enhancing the innovative capacity.The innovative capacity helps to realize Tangshan’ economic growth from extensive to intensive,and to promotes the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.As a driving force of innovation activities,the human resources of new knowledge,new technology and new artifacts will naturally become a top priority to improve capacity for independent innovation.Therefore,it is important for Tangshan to grasp the status of the creative talents and its role in economic development. |
