| 摘 要： | 人民代表大会制度下，我国国家权力机关对行政机关的监督存在诸多问题：监督主体缺乏独立性，监督法规不健全，监督滞后现象严重等。为了改变当前这种现状，笔者提出了以下建议：加强权力机关自身建设，创新人大行政监督方式，改善人大监督的外部政治环境，修改监督法等。

| Abstract: | The extraction of confession by torture becomes a big chronic and stubborn disease in surveillance trial,which will violate the human rights,be likely to cause unjust,false or wrong cases,thereby damaging the image of public security organs,so we must strictly prohibit it.On one hand,the managers should start with the public security administration to eradicate the extraction of confession by torture;on the other hand,they should enhance police professionalism,and curb any signs of the extraction of confess... |
