| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查等研究方法对江苏省普通高校体教结合模式进行研究,认为:现行模式分为"省队校办"模式和"混合型"模式两种,"混合型"包括"一般混合型"和"强力混合型","一般混合型"模式将是高校继续坚持和完善的模式;体教结合模式下各个层面对体教结合的目标定位不同,缺乏有效的管理体制和运行机制;项目的布局与设置有待优化,地区的分布不均衡,部分传统优势项目开展少;应规范招生程序,防止各高校争抢生源;应创新管理模式,缓解学训矛盾,加强运动员就业服务保障.
