| 摘 要： | 旨为我国女子竞技健美操技术的提高和发展提供理论依据，通过近年来国内健美操重大比赛现场统计、录象和调查访问，对近年来我国女子竞技健美操技术的现状进行了比较分析，认为我国女子竞技健美操急需加强综合素质的训练，提高动作难度和动作设计的水平以及独特风格的创造。
