| 摘 要： | 学习型社会是十六大确立的全面建设小康社会的重要内容,在我国,随着社会的不断发展和进步,学习已成为国人之必需。承担着社会教育职能的图书馆在学习型社会中具有不可替代的教育功效。公共图书馆应该抓住这一契机,充分发挥和完善其教育职能。

| Abstract: | The academic society is an important content of constructing a well-off society established by the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In our country,with social constant development and progress, learning has become a national demand.The libraries taking on social educational functions have an irreplaceable education effect in the academic society.Public libraries should make good use of the opportunity and give full play to and perfect their educational functions. |
