| 摘 要： | 运用录像分析和文献资料等方法,对第9届世界健美操锦标赛混合双人项目前5名国家的难度动作,即从选择难度动作类型、选择难度动作的分值以及难度动作的完成质量和安排难度动作的整体布局等方面进行对比分析。结果表明:我国混合双人操在选择难度动作类型上存在着不均衡性,在选择难度动作的分值上较低,在难度动作的完成质量上差,在安排难度动作的整体布局上有优势。
