太极拳对高脂血症老年人骨密度影响变化趋势

摘    要:目的:探讨太极拳运动对高血脂症老年人群高脂血脂以及骨密度的变化趋势。方法:通过对40名患有高脂血症老年人进行为期6个月的太极拳运动干预。从各个指标的变化来观察太极拳对高脂血症以及骨质疏松起到的预防作用。结果:锻炼前后老年人高脂血症、骨密度值均发生了显著性的改变(P0.05或P0.01)。即太极拳运动对高脂血症老年人骨质疏松起到了良好的效果。结论:太极拳运动可有效改善血脂异常,提高骨密度。可作为防治高血脂老年人骨质疏松安全有效的手段。

Abstract:objective:To investigate the change trend on hyperlipidemia elderly hyperlipidemia lipid and bone min -eral density in taijiquan exercise .Methods: by means of 40 patients with hyperlipidemia elderly to exercise tai-jiquan intervention for a six -month .To observe taijiquan on hyperlipidemia and the prevention of osteoporosis from the change of various index .Results:before and after 6 months exercise the elderly hyperlipidemia and bone mineral density values are changes the significant ( P〈0.05 or P〈0 .01 ) .To hyperlipidemia through the tai-jiquan movement , namely the elderly osteoporosis have played a good effect .Conclusion: tai chi can effectively improve the dyslipidemia and increase the bone ’ s density.Can be used as the prevention and treatment of hyper-lipidemia of osteoporosis ’ s safty and effective means in the elderly .
