| 摘 要： | 通过对国内主要的体育高职院校健身俱乐部私人教练人才培养模式与国内培训机构私人健身教练培养模式比较研究，同时结合高职教育改革的先进理念，针对体育高职院校健身俱乐部私人教练培养的现状，提出改革的设想与途径，提升健身俱乐部私人教练人才培养水平，提升整个健身俱乐部行业私人教练从业人员水平。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a comparative study between the private coach mode of talent training in the main sports fitness club in higher vocational colleges and that of in the training institutions in our country . At the same time, associated with the advanced ideas in the higher vocational education, according to the present private coach training situation of the higher vocational colleges in sports fitness club, proposed the idea and way of reform, to improve fitness club private coach personnel training level and increase all the private coachs, level in the fitness club industry. |
