| 摘 要： | <公证法>颁布实施已经三年,促进和保障了公证事业的稳定、健康、有序发展,但随着社会主义市场经济与市民社会的不断成长与成熟,我国的公证事业已具备了制度变迁与创新的需求.因此,要保证公证市场需求与公证实践供给均衡,推动公证事业的发展,就必须要有相应的制度变迁与创新,而最根本和有效的是在立法层面所提供的制度创新.
