| 摘 要： | 作为高职院校发展的生命线,校园文化建设的基础性、主导性地位不容忽视。文化建设创新重在观念更新、体制革新,高职院校需要统筹兼顾,重新定位,发挥中国传统文化优势,实现中外文化资源的互补利用。高职院校应以人本观为基点,以培养复合型人才为目标,争创校园文化品牌,扩大文化的影响力,构建和谐校园。

| Abstract: | As the lifeline of the development of vocational education,campus culture construction shall be attached importance to due to its fundamental and leading position.The innovation of campus culture construction lies in the renewing of concept and system.Vocational colleges need to balance,reposition and take advantage of Chinese traditional culture to achieve the mutual usage of cultural resources both in China and abroad.We should strive to create campus cultural brand,enhance the influence of culture and build a harmonious campus based on human-oriented concept with the goal of cultivating inter-disciplinary talents. |
