| 摘 要： | 英语阅读教学和文化教学必须结合起来进行，使英语阅读教学不脱离语言的文化背景，这样才能从根本上提高学生的语言水平。因此，笔者认为如何将文化教学与语言教学紧密地结合起来，有效地提高学生的阅读能力，是当前提高教学质量的重要课题之一。
