| 摘 要： | 农业产业化具有影响范围广、参与者的行为规范缺大严重、产生败德行为的诱因多等特点，这就使得从伦理的角度对于农业产业化进行研究成为迫切的课题。本文分析了农业产业化伦理学评价的对象、目的，伦理学评价对农业产业化实践的重要作用，阐明伦理学评价对农业产业化目标的实现，以及产业化进程中经济路径的选择有着不可替代的特殊作用。
