| Abstract: | Dialect has a confidential relation with the folk - custom. There are a lot of dialects about Arena noodle in the western area of Inner Mongolia. Those abundant dialects not only reflect the overall characters of Chinese culture and refract the special folk culture in such areas as well. As the carrier of regional culture in Inner Mongolia, the dialects about Arena noodle diet carry rich historical and cultural connotation. |
