| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生如何在应聘中展示自己，选择理想的职业，具备良好地应聘技巧对求职应聘成功有十分重要意义。分析大学毕业生在求职应聘中存在的自卑、缺乏自信以及缺乏必要的应聘技巧等问题，提出应让大学毕业生提高自信心，增强应聘技能，为更好地在求职应聘中顺利选择自己热爱的职业，为自身的职业生涯发展奠定坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | The college graduates will face the most important choice that they have to make before they enter the society. Good interview skills have important implications for getting a job. The paper analyzes the problems existing in college grad- uates＇ applying for the job, such as sense of inferiority, lack of confidence and necessary interview skills, and puts forward that the college graduates must be trained to improve self - confidence and enhance interview skills to smoothly get a career that they love and lay a solid foundation to meet their own professional ideal. |
