| 摘 要： | 对跨国公司内部技术转移研究的问题背景、理论命题、研究趋势进行了文献评述.简述了跨国公司内部技术转移的动因,提出了跨国公司内技术转移的分类,综述了技术关联度、广义地理距离、正式结构与非正式关系嵌入对内部技术转移的影响.在概述内部技术转移过程机制的基础上,总结了基于内部技术转移的跨国创新及其关键成功因素.最后从研究方法和视角入手,展望了该领域研究亟待解决的问题.
