| 摘 要： | 传统成人教育与现代远程教育融合已是大势所趋。两种教育形式中的招生、学籍管理、教务管理要整合,教学过程、教学管理要融合。融合的重点是教学组织和教学过程。目前应秉承兼顾需求、适合多数的原则,进行教学设计:进一步拓宽学生的学习选择空间;进行面授教学与网络教学一体化设计;实现学习评价多维化;实现教学管理一体化、网络化。

| Abstract: | The trend of the integration of the traditional Adult Education and the modem Dis- tance Education is irreversible. It means the integration of the two educational forms in terms of the enrollment, enrollment management and educational administration. The focus is the integration of the teaching organization and process. At present, the teaching design should be based on the prin- ciple of the combination of demand and suitability for the majority in an aim to broaden the students choice of learning space; the integration of the face - to - face teaching and the web - based in- struction should be conducted. The final aim is to realize the multi - dimensional evaluation and the integrated web -based teaching management. |
