| 摘 要： | 在全面深化改革的背景下,档案工作作为中国特色社会主义事业的一部分,档案工作体制机制亟待创新以顺应新时代发展要求。本文在分析高校档案工作体制机制建设现状和问题的基础上,强调在档案组织机构设置不断优化、强化以人为本的管理体系建设、鼓励创新开展档案利用服务等发展趋势下,高校档案工作体制机制建设要从转变传统思维、构建档案工作网络、拓展档案馆新职能方面探索发展路径。

| Abstract: | Under the background of deepening reform in an all-round way,archival work is a part of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so the construction of archival work system and mechanism needs to be innovated urgently to adapt to the requirements of the development of the new era.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems in the construction of archival work system and mechanism in universities,this paper emphasizes that under the development trend of continuously optimizing the establishment of archival organization,strengthening the construction of people-oriented management system and encouraging innovation in the development of archival service,new development paths should be explored in the construction of archival work system and mechanism in universities from the perspective of changing the traditional thinking,constructing archival work network and expanding the new functions of archives. |
