| 摘 要： | 从政策、法律及管理角度分别对"互联网+服务"下因公出国(境)档案管理信息系统建设的背景进行了介绍。在"互联网+服务"概念的基础上,对因公出国(境)档案管理信息系统跨部门、自动化、个性化的特征进行了阐述。接下来,对该系统的框架搭建、开放功能以及信息资源的利用进行了描述。最后展示了该系统应用的初步成效。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the construction background of official overseas trip archives management information system with Internet+service from the perspective of policy,law and management.Based on the concept of Internet+service,the paper illustrates the features of cross-agency,automation and personalization of the system.After that,it describes the framework,open function and information resources utilization of the system.Finally,it demonstrates the preliminary results of the application of the system. |
