| 摘 要： | 鲁艺名人档案是国家档案的重要组成部分,也是国家宝贵的文化财富和精神财富。随着我国档案事业的不断发展,鲁艺名人档案体现出了多层次的利用需求。鲁艺名人档案的建设管理工作是抢救红色文化遗产资源的重要途径,也是社会主义核心价值观的重要体现,具有重要的历史价值、政治价值、经济价值、文化价值以及学术价值。
