摘    要:对Costill 有关VO2、O2max、%O2max的计算公式进行了整理变换,提出了利用%VO2max合理安排中长跑长段落训练负荷的可操作性方案,并对此方案进行了验证.认为此办法高水平和低水平运动员的训练都可以用,且操作简便,实用性强.但在运用过程中应考虑自己队员的实际情况,灵活运用,并在实践中探索自己的路子.

Abstract:The Costill's calculation formula on O 2, O 2max and %O 2max was arranged and transformed. The operational project of applying %O 2max to rationally arrange the load in long phase training of middle and long distance running was put forward. It was considered that this method is suitable to training of either high level or low level runners, easy to operate and practical. In the course of its application it is important to take into account the practical situation of the runners, to utilize it flexibly and to explore correct ways of one's own.
