| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会必须认真解决劳资关系问题。文章分析了资本具有的特殊属性和一般属性,提出在社会主义市场经济条件下,以资本增殖的一般属性为前提,构建新型合作和谐的劳资关系。为此,在改革过程中,微观层次的企业和个人与宏观层次的政府需要具体的行动。

| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious society calls for well-treating the relation between capital and labor.Having analyzed the special and general attribute which capital bears,the article puts forth that the new harmonious relation between capital and labor is built with capital breeding(the general attribute of capital)under the socialist market economy condition.Therefore,enterprises and individual from microscopic level and the government from the macroscopic level need the concrete action in the reform process. |
