| 摘 要： | 近年来，尽管我国在学样德育方面取得了令人瞩目的成绩，但从德育工作的效果来看，它们和所要达到的目标之间还存在很大原差距，这是由于在德育目标、内容、方法、途径、评价等方面存在不少问题。要提高德育工作的实效性，就要建立分层递进的德育目标；高速和充实德育内容；改进德育方法和评价方法。

| Abstract: | Recent years, our moral education has made great progress in elementary schools, but its effect is not as positive as expected. There is much to improve in moral target, content, method, approach and assessment. In order to improve moral education effect, a spiral moral atiget should be constructed, moral content should be adapted, and moral method and assessment should be improved. |
