摘    要:通过设置3组实验组和3组对照组,研究污泥和尿素对小麦秸秆厌氧发酵的影响。以100g小麦秸秆为发酵原料,当3组实验组中接种河塘污泥分别为20g,30g,40g时,累积产气量分别为1429ml,2163ml,2544ml,平均日产气量分别为59.54ml,80.10ml,94.20ml。分别添加2.0g尿素后,累积产气量分别为3521ml,4322ml,5209ml;平均日产气量分别为140.84ml,166.20ml,192.90ml。结果表明,随着污泥接种量的增加,实验组和对照组小麦秸秆发酵累积产气量均显著增加。同时,3组实验组均在实验第一天没有产气,第27天产气结束。3组对照组均在第一天有产气,第25天产气结束。结果表明,添加尿素,对提高小麦秸秆发酵产气量,缩短秸秆发酵周期具有重要作用。

Abstract:By setting three experimental groups and three comparative groups this paper studies the effects of sludge and urea on the anaerobic fermentation of the wheat straw. Using 100g of wheat straw as the raw material for fermentation, when in three experimental groups the inoculated sludge of ponds is 20g, 30g, 40g, the cumulative gas production is 1429ml, 2163ml and 2544ml, and the daily gas production is 59.54ml, 80.10ml and 94.20ml. After the added 2.0g of urea, the cumulative gas production is 3521ml, 4322ml and 5209ml, and the daily gas production is 140.84ml, 166.20ml and 192.90ml. The results show that with the increase of sludge inoculums, for fermenting wheat straw in experimental and comparative groups, the cumulative gas production increases significantly. Meanwhile, there is no gas production in the three experimental groups at the first day of the experiment, and the gas production comes to an end on the 27th day. However, there is the gas production in three comparative groups on the first day, and the gas production comes to an end on the 25th day. The results show that adding urea plays an important role in improving the gas production and shortening the straw fermentation cycle of the wheat straw.
