摘    要:本文采用循环伏安法在氧化铟锡导电玻璃上电沉积金,利用自组装技术制备了半胱氨酸-纳米金修饰电极,并对抗坏血酸进行检测。实验结果表明,半胱氨酸-纳米金修饰电极与葡萄糖具有良好的电催化效应,其氧化峰电流对抗坏血酸在6×10-6~6×10-4mol L-1的范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为2.1×10-6 mol L-1。并用于实际样品的测定,取得了较好的结果。

Abstract:This paper uses the cyclic voltammetric method to obtain gold electrodeposited directly on the surface of the conduc-tive glass of the indium tin oxide and the cysteine-gold nanoparticles modified electrode is exploited by using self-assembly method. And then the ascorbic acid can be tested. The experiment shows that the cysteine-gold nanoparticles modified elec-trode and glucose have the good electro catalytic effect. The oxidation peak current shows the good linear relations for the ascorbic acid within the range from 6×10^-6 to 6×10^-4mol L^-1 with detection limit of 2. 1×10^-6 mol L^-1(n=5). The method is ap-plied to the determination of ascorbic acid in real samples and gives satisfactory results.
