| 摘 要： | 在制作车身板材的铝合金中,6000系铝合金由于具有强度高,塑性好,优良的耐蚀性等优点而广泛应用于汽车工业。本文主要介绍国内外6000系车身板材的研究现状及发展趋势。分析了汽车铝合金板材主要存在的问题,展望了开发高性能Al-Mg-Si基铝合金板材的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Among all aluminum alloys for automotive body sheets,6000 alloys have been widely used in automobile because of its good combinational properties of high strength,excellent formability,good corrosion resistance.This paper reviews the research of 6000 auto body sheets status and development trend. The current problems existing in the main automotive aluminum body sheets are analyzed,it proposes the research direction in developing high performance and characteristic Al-Mg-Si base alloy plate. |
