| 摘 要： | 80年代末我国高等教育开始实行招生收费制度改革。本文从政策影响、政策事实和政策价值方面对我国高校收费政策进行分析,认为现有收费水平偏高,对教育公平产生了消极影响。教育公平是社会和谐发展重要基石,教育政策的首选价值应是教育公平。

| Abstract: | The higher education of our country began to reform the enrolling charging system at the late of 1980's. The thesis analyzes the university's charging policy of our country from the influence of policy, the facts of policy and the value of policy, believing the present charging on the high side; and it has caused a passive influence on education justice. The education justice is the important foundation of social harmonious development, and the first-selected value of the policy should be the education justice. |
