| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治政治理论课是高校思想政治教育的主渠道和主阵地。思想政治理论课教育的实施和最终的效果不仅与教育的目标、内容、方法及手段有关，而且与师生的状态及相互关系有着密切的联系。因此，要提高思想政治理论课教学的实效性，必须建立良好的师生关系，它是增强思想政治理论课教学实效性的重要基础和条件。
