| 摘 要： | 在国家风险国际指南(ICRG)对国家风险评价基础上,运用实物期权方法对跨国并购中被购方的价值进行分析,揭示了国家风险对跨国并购决策的影响,为跨国并购价值分析及决策提供了一个全新的视角,同时结合算例进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors take ICRG's valuation of country risk as a basis,then,by using a real option approach,they decide the valuation of transnational M&A.Meanwhile,the authors make a decision on whether or not to carry on the investment.The method used in the paper provides a new view in value assessment and decision of transnational M&A. |
