| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑推理法对体育欣赏的条件:健全的感官、体育文化修养、体育欣赏的心境、正确的审美观进行了全面探讨;对体育欣赏的过程:应目、会心、内模仿与畅神、回味与内化进行了全面分析,目的在于拓展学生的体育观,提高学生的体育欣赏能力;并为高校体育教学的内容改革提供理论参考依据.

| Abstract: | With the methods of documentary data and logical analysis,the conditions of sports appreciation are discussed,including healthy sense,sports culture education,mood,and right aesthetic value.Meanwhile,the process of sports appreciation is analyzed,including sight,sentiment,inner simulation,cleansing spirits,aftertaste,and digesting,in order to broaden students' sports view,improve their sports appreciation,and provide theoretical references for the content reform of P.E.teaching in universities. |
