| 摘 要： | 党的群众工作就是党的政治工作,是研究和解决党与人民群众关系的工作。加强和改进新形势下的群众工作,不仅是对社会,也是对全体党员提出的更高要求。各级党委和政府在制定政策措施时一定要充分考虑社会的承受能力,积极探索新形势下群众工作的途径和方法,增强群众工作的针对性和实效性。

| Abstract: | The masses'work of the Party is the Party's political work, which studies and resolves the work between the Party and the masses. Strengthening and improving the masses' work under the new situation proposes the highest demands not only to the society, but also to the whole members of the Party. The Party committees and governments at different levels must fully consider the sustaining ability of the society, positively probe the ways and methods of the masses' work under the new situation and strengthen the targeting and effectiveness of the masses' work when we formulate policy and measures. |
